General information, booking and availability

price per holiday apartment for double occupancy:   

off-peak season (October - March, Christmas / New Year season excepted)
2 - 5 nights: € 93,50 / night for occupancy with 2 persons (88,50 € / night for occupancy with 1 person)
from 6 nights: € 82,50 / night for double occupancy (77,50 € / night for single-occupancy)

peak season (April - September, 22nd December - 8th January)
3 - 5 nights: € 110,- / night
from 6 nights: € 99,- / night

plus visitors tax per individual € 3,00 / night person from 16 years; children to 16 years 1,50 € / night

ideal for: 2 persons – additional guests: please ask

  • minimum stay: 2 overnights in off-peak seson, 3 overnights in peak season
  • advance payment: 30 % of the total price after conformation of booking
  • final payment 2 weeks prior to arrival
  • cancellation: charge-free until 1 week prior to arrival, after that we’ll charge 80 % of the total room rate

  • check-in from 4 to 8 p.m., later arrival possible after an advance notification
  • check-out from 8 to 11 a.m.
